RivetQuote is provided as a document-building tool for legitimate business use. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you enter and share.
No accounting, tax, or legal advice
RivetQuote is not accounting, tax, legal, licensing, or compliance software. Verify totals, tax rates, pricing, deposits, dates, disclosures, and terms before sending a document.
Free local data
Free uses browser storage. Clearing browser data, changing devices, private browsing, storage limits, or device failure can remove records. Maintain independent copies.
Pro cloud service
Active Pro accounts can store documents, customers, and branding in a tenant-isolated Supabase workspace. No application-level document-count cap is imposed, but infrastructure, abuse-prevention, and fair-use limits still apply. Availability and backups are not guaranteed by this pre-launch copy.
Payments and entitlements
Paid checkout is not connected. Creating an account does not itself activate Pro. Access depends on the subscription status stored by an authorized administrator or future verified payment webhook.
Availability
The pre-launch service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular business purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or create fraudulent documents.
Changes
Features, pricing, branding, and these terms may change before or after launch. This product copy requires professional legal review.
